Harley Street runs north from Cavendish Square through Marylebone to Marylebone Road. Regent's Park station on the Bakerloo line is the closest, about three minutes on foot. Great Portland Street (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan), Oxford Circus (Central, Victoria, Bakerloo) and Bond Street (Central, Jubilee and the Elizabeth line) are all within a ten-minute walk.
By mainline rail, Marylebone is a short walk and Euston, King's Cross St Pancras and Paddington are all within fifteen minutes on the Underground. The Elizabeth line at Bond Street has made the clinic considerably easier to reach from Heathrow, Reading and the eastern suburbs than it used to be.
Parking
Harley Street is inside the Congestion Charge zone and street parking is metered with tight time limits. Cavendish Square and the surrounding NCP car parks are the usual options. Most patients find public transport simpler — and for surgery days, patients travelling from outside London often prefer the Worcester Park or Gatwick Park sites, where parking is free.
