It stretches from Staines in the north-west to Tandridge in the south-east, and the M25 cuts across the middle of it, which means a patient in Horley and a patient in Ewell have almost nothing in common travel-wise. For south and east Surrey — Horley, Redhill, Reigate, Crawley, Dorking, Oxted and the Tandridge villages — Spire Gatwick Park is the natural site. It sits at Hookwood on Povey Cross Road (RH6 0BB), a couple of minutes from M23 junction 9 and the A23/A217, with free parking on site.
For north and north-east Surrey — Epsom, Ewell, Ashtead, Leatherhead, Banstead, Esher and the Kingston fringe — Spire St Anthony's on the A24 at the Worcester Park boundary is closer. From Epsom it is about fifteen minutes north on the A24; from the M25 use junction 8 or 9.
Patients from west Surrey — Guildford, Woking, Farnham — most often use Harley Street, taking the A3 or the direct South Western Railway service into Waterloo, with surgery arranged at whichever Spire site suits them better.

Free patient parking at both Spire Gatwick Park and Spire St Anthony's. Neither site is inside the Congestion Charge or ULEZ zone, which is a genuine saving for Surrey patients making four or five visits over the course of treatment.
